I love triathlon/running because it is the ONLY thing in life that comes with a 100% guarantee that you will get what you give.
Think about it. You cannot say that with 100% certainly in anything else - not in team sports, relationships or career.
Now excuse me while I get back to my thankless job... :)

I agree with a 100%, even if you get a flat on a race you have to change it.
I really think this is why we are so addicted to this sport
